About the Class

A challenging, fun, up-beat class to music which incorporates Ballet Barre movements, Pilates principles, and cardio to create a full body workout. This class will strengthen and elongate your body – not to mention the fun factor!  Suitable for people without injuries and with a good level of fitness and flexibility.  If you are unsure, please contact us.  We recommend an Explore Session to practitioners new to the studio.
