During these courses we will progress you through a series of Pilates and other movement, building each week so that you can experience the improvements in your movement week on week. A focus on strength and functional movement. Class size is 8 people maximum to allow for individual attention and correction. Suitable for those aged 60 plus who want to remain supple and flexible in later years. Appropriate for those with injuries, or pathologies such as osteoporosis/osteopenia.
