We are a small friendly equipment-based Pilates studio that love
working with people. We strive to help clients improve their
fitness, health and well-being to live pain-free and to empower our
clients to be the best they can. 
We want to offer the best Pilates Reformer classes to all levels
of ability, helping you achieve results that make you feel and look
good. We love the Reformer and we want you to love the Reformer
too. Never will you find an exercise program that increases
strength, stamina, core stability, flexibility and balance in your
body. This program will deliver all the elements of fitness you
need in one class.

At our Surbiton Pilates studio, we believe in offering quality
instruction with a maximum of 6 people per class. Giving you the
best attention so you can understand the Pilates technique, gaining
the most from your workout.

Our expert instructors are qualified, friendly and approachable
providing you with a more personable experience. Our premium
Pilates equipment is from a Balanced body. Using the equipment
through the assistant and resistant of the springs allows for
modifications of the exercises for a range of abilities from
beginners to advanced. You can learn how to re-train your body to
move safer, more efficient patterns of motion – invaluable for
injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal
health.
