For more membership options, please call 205-969-8989.  Set your goals to become stronger while working safely.  We will also focus on functinoal training to improve your everyday movement.  BootCamp is designed for all fitness levels.  Modifications are given for each exercise.  This class uses hand weights and/or kettlebells and sliders.  You can also do this class equipment free!
