Natalie is a seasoned Pilates instructor and healthcare professional, originally from New York City but now proudly calling Tucson her home since 1994. She discovered her passion for Pilates in the early 2000s and quickly became enamored with its transformative effects on her own body. With a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Science and a career in healthcare prior to teaching full time, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her Pilates practice. Her journey began as a part-time mat Pilates instructor while maintaining a full-time position in healthcare, showcasing her dedication and commitment to both fields. Driven by her love for Pilates, Natalie pursued further education and training in comprehensive Pilates techniques. Today, she holds national certification and works as a full-time Pilates instructor, specializing in mat work, reformer, apparatus, and teaching individuals of all fitness levels. Natalie's expertise extends beyond traditional classes, as she also offers specialized Pilates sessions for individuals with Parkinson's disease and tailored classes for the senior community, promoting strength, mobility, and overall well-being for all. Her genuine enthusiasm and commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals have made her a beloved instructor among her students, leaving them feeling stronger, more flexible, and energized after every session.
