Tiana is an accomplished General Manager with a rich and diverse background. She holds a master's degree in Criminal Justice and spent seven impactful years working in a correctional facility. During her tenue in this challenging environment, Tiana discovered that fitness provided her a sanctuary of peace and empowerment, a necessary counterbalance to the often negative aspects of her work in criminal justice. The onset of the pandemic marked a pivotal moment in Tiana's life. She discovered Pilates, and it quickly became her passion. Embracing this new love, she decided to take a leap of faith, transitioning from her career in criminal justice to pursue fitness full-time. Today, Tiana is a devoted advocate of strength training and Pilates, blending both to bring an intensity and challenge to her classes that inspires and transforms her clients. Her journey from the correctional facility to the fitness studio is a testament to her resilience and commitment to personal growth and empowerment. Through her classes, Tiana aims to instill that same sense of strength and peace she found in fitness, helping others to overcome their challenge and achieve their best selves.
