This mixed-level, full-body class focuses on fundamental Pilates movements on the Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac. It is moderately-paced, and modifications are offered as needed for injuries or chronic conditions. If you’re new to Pilates, expect to learn the basics in a supportive, caring environment. If you’re intermediate or advanced, this class is a perfect chance to fine-tune your technique so that you can get the most out of your Pilates practice.
