Pilates Studio

The Pilates Station is located in Vail, Arizona, a small
community just Southeast of Tucson.  Our studio teaches
Pilaties in a contempoarty approach to incorporate a mind-body form
of exercise as initially begun by Joeseph H. Pilates. The Pilates
Station does incoporate Modifications and Variations for each
individual client. We offer Pilates apparatus sessions
including Private, Semi-Private, and Group classes.  We're
open on weekends with limited hours and by appointment!!!!
