My name is Issemathe B Caruso, I go by Isma. I am originally from Haiti. I moved to Boston in 1987. I went to Curry College. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. I live in the Vail community and my beautiful children are attending Cienega High School.Health and wellness has always been an important part of my life. I started my Pilates journey when I began taking classes at The Pilates Station to better my health. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and practicing Pilates has greatly improved my joint and mental health.  Due to the remarkable improvement in my health and wellness. I decided I wanted to help transform the lives of others by becoming a Pilates instructor.Issemathe Caruso/Owner
