About the Class

This class is designed for first-time clients to become familiar with the reformer and learn the foundational exercises that form the basis of a Pilates practice. The class is slow-paced, instructional, and focused on building confidence, understanding, and proper technique. This class equips clients with the knowledge and skills needed to progress in their Pilates journey. By the end of the session, participants will feel comfortable using the reformer and have a solid grasp of the basic exercises and principles of Pilates.
