Studio permission required for first booking. This class is designed for experienced clients who have a solid foundation in reformer Pilates and can perform exercises safely and effectively with minimal instruction. The class emphasizes a continuous, energetic flow, allowing clients to follow the instructor's lead and experience a challenging, full-body workout. This class is perfect for seasoned Pilates practitioners who enjoy an immersive, instructor-led workout experience while moving confidently and independently. Clients leave feeling energized, accomplished, and more in tune with their bodies. We strongly recommend taking at least 20 Mixed Level classes or private appointments prior to joining this class.
