About the Class

Switch up your routine! Similar to the Pilates Cadillac, the Springboard class is a mat-based Pilates workout that uses springs and levers attached to the wall-mounted “springboard”.  This invigorating class fuses Pilates mat work with Pilates resistance-based equipment. The springs appear similar to the reformer but are adjustable so each limb works independently. Creating more strength and balanced muscles.
