Pilates Studio

Group Reformer Class-This is the ideal way to save money but
still look & feel good.  Our group classes are shared but
limited to only 6 other people.  Allowing Pilates to be
affordable but preventing the big classes where most pilates
injuries occur.  Our instructors are able to watch & give
the attention each client deserves during the class.  Pilates
is about control and safe movements.  More difficult to
achieve when there are 10 or more people in a class with different
