The Booty Lab focuses on, you guessed it, your Booty and your abs! Strong glutes are not just about looking good in your workout pants. Strong glutes are vital to having a strong body. We use the Pilates Reformer, weights, and resistance bands to give you a well-rounded, low-impact, booty and ab workout. Why people love this class: Fun energetic playlists! If all classes are fully booked, joining the waitlist allows you to be placed in the queue for the next available spot. When you join the waitlist, you are selecting that you want to and are able to attend the class should it become available again. WAITLIST POLICY: The waitlist will automatically add you into class up until THREE hours before class. Please manage your waitlist reservations as you would a normal class that you’re booked into. If you cannot make a waitlist reservation any longer, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Late Cancel and No Show Policies will apply if you are booked into a class from the waitlist and cancel within 12 hours or fail to show up.
