Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our Pilates and Weights class—a dynamic, intermediate-level class that fuses traditional Reformer Pilates with strength training using weights and resistance bands. Designed to challenge your core, build lean muscle, and increase overall endurance. This class blends controlled movement with resistance-based intensity. Expect a full-body burn, improved posture, and enhanced body awareness—all in one powerful session. Ideal for clients with prior Pilates experience who are ready to level up. Level: Three Intermediate

Special Instructions

If all classes are fully booked, joining the waitlist allows you to be placed in the queue for the next available spot. When you join the waitlist, you are selecting that you want to and are able to attend the class should it become available again. WAITLIST POLICY: The waitlist will automatically add you into class up until THREE hours before class.  Please manage your waitlist reservations as you would a normal class that you’re booked into.  If you cannot make a waitlist reservation any longer, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Late Cancel and No Show Policies will apply if you are booked into a class from the waitlist and cancel within 12 hours or fail to show up.
