A package of 4 classes to be used on any group class offerings. Using Better Day Pilates’ custom-designed reformers, you will test your strength and flexibility beside like-minded Pilates lovers, 7 students max. After this 50 minute small group class, you are sure to walk out stronger, smiling, and ready for a better day.
