Nestled in the heart of the Belmont Heights neighborhood of Long
Beach, California, we bring the joy of movement and health to our
community through the practice of the Pilates Method. Our team of
instructors comes from a wide variety of training backgrounds and
professional experience and is ready to work with all clients -
from profesional athletes, to pre/post natal mothers, to the
elderly, and those in a process of rehabilitation from surgery or
injury. In additon to private and duet appointments, we also offer
semi-private equipment based group classes with a maximum of four
participants. We are a fully equipped studio with reformers, tower
units, wunda chairs, ladder barrels, and a cadillac, all from
Balanced Body. We look forward to welcoming you to our studio!
