Pilates Certification: The Lab through Vero Pilates Year I started teaching as an apprentice: 2023 Year I was first introduced to Pilates: 2012 I’m passionate about: - making sure my clients know I genuinely care about them - helping people find joy through movement, safely strengthen their body, feel less stress and and just move better in their daily life. - continuing to invest in my Pilates education so I can be a better teacher and help more people discover the benefits of this practice. There is always so much more to learn…challenge accepted! What I love to do in my free time: Spend time with family and friends, hiking, camping, skiing and curling up on my couch with my dog and a good book.
