This class is done on the Pilates
reformer apparatus utilizing a jumpboard to add advanced cardio,
abdominal and balance challenges. Scroll down for appointment and

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
As a courtesy to our instructors
and other guests who would like to reserve a spot, we kindly
request 24 hours notice of cancellation if you are unable to make
your scheduled class.  Cancellations may be made through our
online booking system or using the WellnessLiving Achieve mobile
app.  Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to class
start time) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class
without refund.

Group Classes

Pilates Jumpboard Class

Whether you’re brand new to
Pilates, or have been doing it for years, you’ll find the right
class at GP. For an effective workout and safety, we keep our
Pilates classes small and divide them into levels. We recommend all
new-to-Pilates students take
advantage of our New Client Pilates Special for $120. This deeply
discounted package includes 2 Beginner Reformer Classes and 2
Private Pilates lessons, 30 minutes in length each. For those
clients who are not necessarily new to practicing Pilates, but are
brand new to the Garage Pilates studio space, we have an offering
for you as well! You can book one of our Beginner Reformer Classes
or Group Reformer Classes for half off by entering the discount
code NEW during your online checkout process.Garage Pilates does offer Private Pilates lessons in very
limited availability, but our primary and most popular offering is
our small group classes.All classes are
50 minutes. We encourage clients to speak openly with their Pilates
Instructors if they’re interested in trying a different class
level. When you feel as though you have mastered the Beginner
fundamentals, perhaps moving to a Group Reformer Class would be a
fun challenge. Registering for an Advanced Pilates Apparatus class
will require instructor approval beforehand as the flow is much
faster and exercises are elevated.
