This was the first time I had joined a Pilates class at M3 Pilates after having a few months of physical therapy there. Just like the PT sessions, the Pilates class was perfect. Whitney gave clear instructions and made corrections as needed. The class is small which made it seem like a private session. I’m looking forward to the next session.
