Half-Day Filming Rental (Up to 4 Hours) A Half-Day Filming Rental provides exclusive access to the entire Pilates 80/20™ facility (Studio A and Studio B) for a professionally scheduled production window of up to four (4) consecutive hours. This rental includes time for load-in, setup, lighting, filming, breaks, resets, and strike, all of which count toward the four-hour booking period. Half-day rentals are ideal for commercial shoots, branded content, fitness-related productions, and professional photo or video sessions requiring controlled lighting and coordinated crew access. The studio is reserved exclusively for the production during the rental period. All filming must comply with studio policies, building rules, and local regulations. Overtime is billed in full one-hour increments at the applicable overtime rate.
