Pilates Studio

Learn to deepen your mind/body connection as you go through the
Pilates Punx Classical Certification Program.
You will learn all of the apparatuses (Reformer, Mat, Wunda Chair,
Cadillac) and small apparatuses (spine corrector, large barrel,
ped-o-pull, magic circle, weights, and jumboard) through our 5
Level Program.  The course is designed to get more advanced as
you get stronger, so you are able to deepen your Pilates practice
along with learning how to teach Pilates.  
The course is over 450 hours of practice along with 100 workshop
hours over the course of 11 months.
Plus you earn as you teach - you make money from your investment as
you teach your required 1:1 private sessions in our program!

Pilates Punx offers both Classical Pilates instruction as well
as a contemporary spin on Classical for both private sessions and
mid-sized group classes, all while keeping roots in Classical
Pilates. Our schedule has a mix of strictly CLASSICAL classes as
well as CONTEMPORARY classes, so we meet all of our clients wants
and needs! We are a music-driven studio that is catering to the
counter-culture. We are creating a space with no intimidation with
hopes that anyone and everyone will give Pilates a try - and then
stay because they love it! We’re trying to take any negative
assumptions about what Pilates is and who Pilates is for and throw
that out the window. Grip Socks are required, clients are welcome
to bring their own or they are available for purchase at the
studio.
