Drenched Mat: Off the Machine, On the Mat This is Mat Pilates — Drenched style. Step off the machine and onto the mat for a high-energy, muscle-sculpting burn that targets your core, glutes, arms, and legs using your bodyweight, bands, balls, gliders, and light weights. Infrared heat takes this class to the next level — helping to increase circulation, improve flexibility, boost metabolism, and enhance muscle recovery. Expect precise, controlled movement, deep core activation, and that signature full-body shake. We do not level our classes — modifications are always provided so you can push at your pace. Come to move with intention. Leave feeling strong, long, and totally Drenched.

Special Instructions

Important Class Info: Please arrive early - class starts promptly and doors will be locked at the schedule start time. Late entry is not permitted, and if you arrive after doors are locked, you will be marked as a no-show and applicable fees will apply. Plan ahead: Give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get situated in the studio before class begins. What to bring: Water Towel - towels are mandatory  Grip socks - grip socks are required for all classes.  Bring your own or purchase at the front desk Mat - bring your own or rent for $5 Some friendly tips on studio etiquette: *Be punctual to class *Turn off your phone before entering studio *Remove shoes before entering studio space *Go easy on perfume or cologne *Observe silence during savasana *Do not leave before class is over - this is a distraction to everyone in the class *Clean up your area
