About the Event

Second Saturday of each month 12-1:15pm $55 per  Our feet set the groundwork for our full body function.  Open your fascial lines, mobilize your lower body, then focus on foot mobilization and strength.  Address foot pain, ankle stiffness, bunions, plantar fasciitis - or just care for your body from the feet up! Workshop includes in-person classes, access to recording of lcass for 3 additional weeks, and foot props to take home
