The $10 Pilates Reformer Trainee classes are meant for healthy
individuals with no special conditions or injuries.
Our trainees have completed all of the required coursework and
are currently participating in a apprenticeship at ASPYN to
complete the final teaching hours in order to graduate the
program.
Trainee Reformer classes are sold in packs of 5 & 10. We
offer 120 classes per trainee participating and run 4 training
programs per year.

ASPYN METHOD is a boutique fitness studio
offering various classes including but not limited to Pilates,
Barre, Yoga, and Cardio Sculpt. ASPYN METHOD was founded by Anita
and Alexandra Lugliani a mother daughter team of 3rd generation
Pilates instructors . ASPYN METHOD was born out of our love for
fitness and our clients. Too often clients find themselves choosing
between Pilates ,Barre and or Yoga due to the premium pricing
attached to the boutique studio experience. At ASPYN
METHOD our members
enjoy the ability to take a Pilates class on a Monday, Barre on a
Wednesday, Cardio Sculpt on a Friday and cool it down on Sunday
with a Yoga class, all while still enjoying the perks and community
of a boutique studio. To achieve this we have established a culture
that supports our team of certified instructors, so they can
provide exceptional service and instruction to our ASPYN METHOD
members.

If you come to 4 classes a week each month = $19.24 / Class
If you come to 5 classes a week each month: = $15.39/ Class

Our unlimited memberships allow you to sign up for any Aspyn Method group class once per day. 

Membership can be extended for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months to reflect a "pause" in attendance for vacations or other requests. 

We only offer 5 of these memberships per year.
