We are a GRIP SOCK STUDIO please bring them to class. We also have grip socks for purchase in studio if you forget. **Due to the intensity and frequency of Abdominal work, this class is not recommended for Prenatal clients** Thank you!
Special Instructions
First time Clients will need to arrive 10 minutes before class to check in. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after class start time will not be allowed to attend. Doors will be locked. We are a GRIP SOCK STUDIO clients who refuse to wear socks will not be permitted to attend class. We have socks available for purchase in studio. Due to limited number of spaces available in each session, ASPYN METHOD has two types of cancellation charges, Late Cancel and No Shows. Late cancellations within 24 hours of the start of class will incur a $20 fee and the class will return to your package. No shows within the 24 hour cancellation period will incur a $20 charge and the class will be forfeit. Unlimited clients who No Show more than 2x in a month may be restricted from signing up for class for the rest of the month.
