About the Class

LAB 404 is reserved for advanced clients who have fully integrated the R3FORM LAB method. This is high-level refinement — strength directed by concentration. The work is demanding. Cueing becomes minimal. Correction becomes internal. LAB 404 requires established precision, refined mobility, and the ability to command the Allegro 2 apparatus with confidence under variable spring tension. This protocol is not suitable for clients currently navigating acute injury, significant movement restriction, or foundational instability.
