Certification, as well as Professional Services and Continuing
Education for the Pilates Pro. EHS Pilates studio hosts Group
Classes, Private & Duet Sessions, and specialty Pilates
options, such as Pre & Rehabilitation, Foot and Gait Therapy,
Pre and Post Natal Pilates, and Gentle Pilates. The experienced
instructors licensed with EHS will help you look and feel your
best.
