

BABY + ME PILATES (pre-crawling babies only please) Ideal for beginners. Labor and delivery and the first few months of Mamahood challenge our bodies in a myriad of ways. Preggo Pilates early postnatal helps re-integrate and reconnect you to your core and pelvic floor, relieves your achey, tired and tight body with a gentle whole-body Pilates workout. This postnatal class will improve your posture, ease tightness and tension from lack of sleep, breast/bottle feeding and baby carrying. Learn simple tricks to ease the physical and postural challenges that come with having a newborn, while also toning all those areas that have turned into jello along the way to Mamahood. All levels and all birthing folks are welcome. No previous Pilates experience required. We suggest you start this class 6 weeks post-vaginal delivery or 8 weeks post-Caesarean. Socks are required. All stroller must be broken down and left in lobby.
