PRENATAL PILATES Connect with other pregnant people and enjoy a safe yet challenging prenatal Pilates mat/springboard/props class. This class focuses on safe stabilizing core work, pelvic floor awareness, upper body strength training, pelvic stabilization, safe squatting, spinal mobility, breathing for labor & delivery, and stretches to ease neck and upper back tension, tight hips, and aching feet. All levels welcome. No previous Pilates experience necessary. EHS Pilates requires socks in the studio. Gripper socks are best but regular are fine.
