About the Class

Intermediate/Advanced Reformer*   A class level formatted for those are who have a super solid experience with the Pilates Method, especially with sequencing. Clients should expect this particular level to move faster and to be challenged! You will level up if you've been attending Mixed Level classes. Other Pilates instructors and seasoned aficionados take this type of class so that should give you an idea of what the level challenges are.
