Full-Body Pilates Conditioning Who this is for: Clients with prior Pilates experience who are comfortable on the Reformer and want a comprehensive, well-rounded equipment class. If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend starting with our Beginning Reformer, Intro Private 3 Pack or Fundamentals workshops before attending Mixed-level classes. This class builds strength, balance, and movement efficiency so your body works better, moves easier, and keeps up with the life you want to live. Description: Reformer Mixed is a full-body Pilates equipment class using spring-based resistance on the Balanced Body Reformer to develop strength, control, mobility, and coordination. Classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with varied sequencing while maintaining structure, precision, and flow.
