Pilates Studio

The
Pilates School is a real accredited school, not a big box
gym.  We have codified hundreds of Classical Pilates exercises
into a logical curriculum built around the science of physical
movement (Kinesiology).  We will guide you every step of the
way toward you taking ownership over you own Classical Pilates
practice, fitness and a permanent healthy lifestyle.
At
the Pilates School SF we make a point of fostering a truly diverse
community of every gender, shape, and background. We know that one
size does not fit all.  We tailor the work to fit
you.

In Person  & At Home Practice

For new students interested in our In-Person Practice school, we offer the opportunity to book and attend either a Pre-Pilates or a Basic Classical Core class. Please plan for a 75-minute consultation session.

We kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to complete the final fitness screening questionnaires. During your consultation, you will participate in a Classical Core class and then meet with a member of our enrollment team to discuss how to get started in the In-Person Practice program.

As a special offer, if you decide to sign up for the In-Person School during your consultation session, the $50.00 consultation fee will be applied toward your first school tuition payment!

At-Home Practice: 1st Class Discount

We have a special package designed for new students who are interested in our Traditional Model, which involves one-on-one training with one of our expert teachers.

This introductory package includes one consultation session and one private session with an expert instructor. It is particularly well-suited for individuals who benefit from highly detailed training due to specific circumstances, injuries, or chronic conditions that require a more skilled teacher's expertise.

Get a jumpstart on your Pilates training in anticipation of 2026.  The Fall Intersession is designed for students who want to enroll into our popular In-Person School Model without a long term commitment.

Access to up to one class per day between October 26th - December 31th. Commitment ends with Fall Semester, but you have preferred scheduling when you renew for our Spring 2026 semester (Jan. 6  - Jun 1) and the normal In-Person School Model rates

Program Benefits:
- Waived Consultation requirement - saves $55!
- Automatic acceptance / enrollment into the Spring 2026 semester.
- Secure prime time session and class schedule  by starting the In-School Model program now.
- Get a head start on your Classical Pilates training. 
- Unused credits will rollover into the Spring 2026 semester for you to apply for up to 3 consecutive months.

The ONLY program restriction is you can not currently be suffering from any serious injuries or pronounced chronic conditions that would put you at high risk of injury in a group learning setting.  If you are unsure, contact us before enrolling.
