
A one-on-one session with a dedicated lead teacher.  This
session your teacher will assess your readiness for the Traditional
School Model.  This session will be as follows:
 



10-15 min review of your intake forms


30-40 min physical assessment Pilates workout.


5-10 mins to select the right Traditional Model package. 
Directly after your purchase you will be booked into your requested
private sessions and your new student orientation.  The new
student oiretation is required for all Traditional model students
within the first 30 days after enrollment.

Pilates Studio

The
Pilates School is a real accredited school, not a big box
gym.  We have codified hundreds of Classical Pilates exercises
into a logical curriculum built around the science of physical
movement (Kinesiology).  We will guide you every step of the
way toward you taking ownership over you own Classical Pilates
practice, fitness and a permanent healthy lifestyle.
