An initial one-on-one appointment in which we'll get acquainted, discuss existing health conditions, conduct a postural assessment, and set fitness goals. Proof of current vaccination, and hand-washing or sanitizing required. Masks are optional, so please inform your trainer of your preference.

Our door is generally locked, so please ring the doorbell when you arrive so someone can let you in. If no one answers, please call or text the studio at (415) 599-3223 and we will let you in remotely. Plan on wearing comfortable layers -- the studio starts the day cool, then warms up midday. Socks are required to keep the studio and equipment clean. Please bring your water bottle to stay hydrated and minimize waste. We look forward to working together.
