equipment depends on availablity. MFE staff has priorty use of 1
Gyrotonic Pulley Tower and all additional equipment.
Instructor
must provide proof of liability insurance and proof of vaccination.
They must also have their clients sign the studio liability waiver
and provide proof of vaccination.

Movement For Everyone is a
body neutral movement studio in San Francisco, CA using the

GYROTONIC®, 
GYROKINESIS®, and Pilates methods to feel better in
our bodies so we can make global positive change. We strive to
create a space - both in-person and online - where all bodies feel
welcome.
Our studio is fully
equipped with Gyrotonic equipment, including the Archway,
GYROTONER®,
Jumping Stretching Board, Leg Extension Unit, and four Pulley
Towers.
We also have Pilates
Springboards, a Combo Chair, Spine Corrector, and an Allegro
Reformer with Tower.
