The
Pilates School SF was founded on the belief that Classical Pilates
should respect and support all lived experiences and lifestyles.
Our In-Person School offers an accessible, structured program for
those seeking high-quality Classical Pilates training while being
mindful of their budget. This WASC accredited 2100-hour Classical
Pilates and fitness program is designed for your personal
enrichment focusing on helping you develop a truly independent
Pilates practice.  
For
one all-inclusive monthly rate, you gain access to high-quality
Classical Pilates classes and sessions:



FOUNDATION - Train 2x a week: In-Person $250/month |
At-Home: $125/month



ELEVATED - Train 3x a week: In-Person $350/month |
At-Home: $175/month



UNLIMITED - Train 4-7x a week: In-Person $525/month |
At-Home $250/month


 
We
invite you to join us! To ensure a successful journey through the
program (which typically takes 1-2 years of dedicated training and
study), we ask that you meet a few simple requirements:


You
do not have any major injuries.


You
are not currently pregnant.


You
are able to commit to a minimum of 2 training sessions per week
(required for all membership tiers).


You
are able to commit to the full 1-2 years required to graduate from
this program.

New Student Studio Tour

A 3 pack of At-Home LIVE and INTERACTIVE Pilates classes.  The teacher will use lite proper and common home item for simulate heavy Pilates equipment in the comfort of your home.  

**Included in this pack:**
 - 1 Pre-Pilates to Basic Classical Core Class
 - 1 Small Group Training Session. A duet, trio, or quad session workout personalized to your needs. 
 - 1 Elective Class (Pre-Pilates to Basic Levels)

At-Home Practice - 3 Class Trial Pack

A 3 pack of our signature Pilates classes.  

**Included in this pack:**
 - 1 Pre-Pilates to Basic Classical Core Class
 - 1 Small Group Training Session. A duet, trio, or quad session workout personalized to your needs. 
 - 1 Elective Class (Pre-Pilates to Basic Levels)

The In-Person Practice program requires that you are free of moderate to serious injuries or chronic conditions that would make group fitness classes unsafe. You will be promoted to complete two short forms to help us better serve and personalize your workouts.  

You may book your classes directly after you checkout.

In-Person Practice - 3 Class Trial Pack

For new students with pre-existing conditions or fitness health concerns and wish to have a more attentive introduction to the At-Home Program.  

This full new student consultation will start with a 20 minute video conference.  The teacher will get a your full fitness history and talk you through perform vital assessment test to gauge your readiness for the At-Home Practice program. 

At the end of this session the teacher will then advise the best next steps to best utilize the services in this package. You will have 3 sessions in a Classical Core class to make sure the At-Home program will fit your fitness and health goals.

**This package included:**

 - 1 At-Home 20 minute intake session.
 - 3 Pre-Pilates to Basic level At-Home Classical Core classes.

After these sessions you will meet with a member of the enrollment team to set up your training program as prescribed by the Pilates School Teaching staff for the next 60-90 days.

Package can be converted into the Custom Practice program if advised by the assessing teacher. Package expires in 60 days from the purchase date.

At-Home Practice: Full New Student Consult

For new students with pre-existing conditions or fitness health concerns and wish to have a more attentive introduction to the In-Person Program.  

This full new student consultation will start with a 50 minute in-person physical assessment session.  The teacher will get a your full fitness history and perform physical assessment tests to gauge your readiness for the In-Person Practice program. 

At the end of this session the teacher will then advise the best next steps to best utilize the services in this package. Ideally, you will book your three sessions in a Classical Core class to make sure the In-Person program will fit your fitness and health goals.

**This package included:**

 - 1 In-Person 50 minute intake session.
 - 3 Pre-Pilates to Basic level In-Person Classical Core classes.

After these sessions you will meet with a member of the enrollment team to set up your training program as prescribed by the Pilates School Teaching staff for the next 60-90 days.

Package can be converted into the USD value toward a purchase in the Custom Practice program; if advised by the assessing teacher. Package expires in 60 days from the purchase date.
