Focusing on stability, connection, strengthening and liberating mobility, Charisse’s background in dance and healing arts encourages movements that supports feeling grounded and connected. This mat class is 50 minutes in length, followed by 10 minute sound bath immersion, encouraging relaxation and restoration.
