This school is best for students that wish to learn Pilates through
a primary teacher in a one-on-one training environment.  This
model is best for you if most of the statement below is true for
you.



I have need flexibility in my workout schedule.


I want private sessions.  I want to develop a personal
relationship with one dedicated teacher to guide me through my
Pilates journey.




I have a serious or major injury/ chronic condition that prevents
me from exercises in a group setting safely. 




I want to do group classes, but I want to start with privates to
build my confident and foundational exercises before I start the
School Models.




I am pregnant, or planning to become pregnant in the near
future.




I did not get into the Teacher Certification because I did not meet
the High Intermediate requirements.

The Pilates School SF - Traditional School

A package for new students who are interested in the Traditional Model (1-on-1 training) with a expert teacher. This package consists of one consultation session,  and 2 private sessions with an expert teacher.

A 90 minute consultation to evaluate your readiness for the Virtual School Model.   If you qualify you will IMMEDIATELY take a 50 min virtual Classical Core class.


90 Minute Consultation Session Schedule

-20 min Virtual School Assessment
-50 min Complimentary virtual Classical Core Class
-10 to 20 min post consultation enrollment into Virtual School


Sign-up for the In-Person School during your consultation session will apply $50.00 consultation toward your first school tuition payment!

Virtual School: New Student Consult and Assessment

A package for new students who are interested in the Traditional Model (1-on-1 training). This package consists of one consultation session with a lead teacher,  and 2 private sessions.

Fall 2025 Intersession:
Dates: 10/26 - 12/31
Price: $595

Total savings: $370
- No Consultation (Save $55)
- Two Months school access (Save $195)

Get a jumpstart on your Pilates training in anticipation of 2026.  The Fall Intersession is designed for students who want to enroll into our popular In-Person School Model without a long term commitment.

Access to up to one class per day between October 26th - December 31th. Commitment ends with Fall Semester, but you have preferred scheduling when you renew for our Spring 2026 semester (Jan. 6  - Jun 1) and the normal In-Person School Model rates

Program Benefits:
- Waived Consultation requirement - saves $55!
- Automatic acceptance / enrollment into the Spring 2026 semester.
- Secure prime time session and class schedule  by starting the In-School Model program now.
- Get a head start on your Classical Pilates training. 
- Unused credits will rollover into the Spring 2026 semester for you to apply for up to 3 consecutive months.

The ONLY program restriction is you can not currently be suffering from any serious injuries or pronounced chronic conditions that would put you at high risk of injury in a group learning setting.  If you are unsure, contact us before enrolling.
