About the Appointment

This is the best way to get an introduction to Reformer Pilates. You will learn how to properly set up your reformer, how to apply straps to hands and feet, and how to use the reformer properly, so you don't injury yoursef. You will also learn a few basic exercises, proper form and alignment so you can learn how to participate independantly in a group class! If you're new to Pilates, I would suggest 1-4 sessions. You and your instructor can determine what you'll need to succeed! **Please note: Max weight capacity is 300lbs.
