About the Class

This class is designed for all levels of individuals that have taken at least one reformer pilates session previously! We will give you spring choice options for each exercise so that you have the ability to level up or ease down each exercise. This is your workout and so you are in control of what effort level you would like to work at! Our Instuctors are just here to guide you to ensure you are in proper form and aligment to ensure your safety.
