About the Class

This class is designed to combine the benefits of stretching on the reformer versue stretching on the floor, while offering a 10 minute jump board cardio experience! We also include some strength training work, which includes the following: posture/back strengthing exercises, core strengthing work, glute and hamstring work, ankle and feet strengthening work (injury prevention). Everything you need to enhance longevity and to feel good in your body! Great for all ages! 

Special Instructions

**This class in not appropriate if you have significant back, knee or hip injuries. Please proceed with caution. This class involves jumping off of a cushioned board so it involves some light impact on the knee joints (which actually helps with osteoporosis).  *Grippy socks are requird for group class participation. *A $25 late fee will be applied to your account if you are unable to give a 12 hour cancellation notice. The class is also non-refundable. No exceptions please.
