Our Dynamic Pilates Reformer class offers the same principles and exercises as our Controlled Pilates Reformer class, combining modern techniques with Joseph Pilates' traditional principles, but is designed to move at a steadier pace with additional props incorporated. This class is ideal for those looking to improve their flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance throughout their body. We focus on proper alignment, controlled breathing, and developing a strong core to help improve coordination and balance. This system of controlled exercises promotes keen body awareness, strengthens and tones, improves balance and performance, encourages flexibility and mobility, reduces the chance of injury, and relieves stress. The Dynamic movement class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves with more dynamic transitions or prop variations along with the classic Pilates moves. This class may not be suitable for people in rehabilitation or with current injuries. Please ask for modifications if you need them.
