Welcome to Freebird, a soulful + integrative pilates
practice offering contemporary group classes and privates to the
Roaring Fork Valley. Inspired by the wisdom of the classical
Pilates method, yet free to play, our upbeat, breath-focused
classes are designed to restore and strengthen your BODY and MIND
through creative + intelligent movement. Freebird welcomes all ages
+ abilities and offers a variety of foundational + athletic +
therapeutic classes to serve our active mountain community.
