Whether you're brand new to Lagree or a seasoned client looking to level up, Form & Foundations is designed to sharpen your practice from the ground up. This educational class breaks down classic Lagree movements with a strong focus on proper form, alignment, and intentional movement. The class is structured in focused blocks (e.g., Core Block, Leg Block, Arm Block, etc.), where the instructor first demos and explains each movement. Then, you'll perform the exercises yourself with personalized guidance, hands-on adjustments, and detailed instruction on spring loads, modifications, tempo, transitions, and more. Perfect for refining your technique, building confidence, and deepening your understanding of the Lagree method.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: A 10 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the class, no exceptions. We are limited to 10 spots in class so we have to be diligent on this policy. Package holders will lose that session and Monthly Members will be charged a $15 Late Fee. Members who cancel 2 hours before class starts will be charged $25. If you do not show up to a class without canceling online you will be charged $30. If you go over the number of classes in your limited membership, you will be charged $15/extra class.
