Starter Package

To begin your Pilates experience at Bodhi Pilates, we highly recommend an initial Private Pilates Sessions.  Private sessions are the best way to introduce you to the amazing benefits of Pilates.  In a Private Pilates session, one of Bodhi's knowledgeable instructors will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve.  You will experience a 55-minute session tailored to your body’s level and desired focus on the various pieces of Pilates equipment.
