About the Class

This energizing class introduces core conditioning alongside the foundational principles of Pilates. The pace and complexity are designed to gradually elevate the heart rate while emphasizing proper form, core engagement, and mindful movement. A variety of Pilates equipment and props are used to support strength building, coordination, and overall body awareness in a supportive, progressive format. This class is appropriate for Beginner–Intermediate clients who have a basic understanding of Pilates or are ready to build confidence and endurance. Modifications are offered to accommodate individual needs. Clients who are brand new to Pilates may wish to begin with a foundational class before progressing.
