This exciting and energetic workout fuses the intensity and variety of boot camp and core strength of Pilates. This class will get your heart rate elevated quickly. You should be prepared to sweat in this fast-paced, circuit workout utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment and props! This class will be a fun challenge. This is an Intermediate class and is not suited for all levels, particularly those new to Pilates.
