This Zoom class is designed for the active aging participant.  Join us for a mixture of Pilates based mat and functional fitness exercises including balance and posture training, pelvic floor and core strengthening and stretching.   You will need a mat, Fitball,  therabands, foam roller, light dumbells and other small props.  Start your day with an energizing workout.
