About the Class

Strong Foundations Level 1 focuses on control, alignment, and efficient movement. Classes explore a broad range of positions, including supine, side-lying, prone, seated, kneeling (with multiple points of contact), and standing work. Standing on the Reformer carriage is introduced in a supported manner, and planking exercises are performed with added stability. This level emphasizes building confidence, body awareness, and strong movement foundations. Many experienced clients continue taking Level 1 classes to refine technique, build strength, and deepen body awareness. View All Classes Here
